POSITION OVERVIEW職位概述
As an internal ME expert in the Mechatronics global team, the role involves supporting other divisions in new project (manufacturing - related) evaluation, requesting for quotation, and providing competitive costs for new assembly lines. It also includes introducing Chinese competitive assembly line vendors, coordinating between vendors and ME teams from other regions to ensure smooth project progress, assisting in analyzing and solving chronic issues, and standardizing the common manufacturing processes of Mechatronics global as a long - term goal.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES崗位職責描述
? Support Mechatronic global factories to review and finalize the product’s manufacturing strategy/proposal. Review the technical requirement of the assembly line. Discuss and provide suggestion to the ME of other regions about selecting the standard machine (laser marking machine, riveter etc.) based on the current lessons learn and best practice of China.
? Request for quotation from local (China) suppliers for the new assembly line, participate in the selection of equipment, tools and materials, evaluate their applicability, conduct supplier evaluations and procurement negotiations to ensure the quality and cost-effectiveness of the equipment.
? Take in charge of the technical review with vendor, ensure that the equipment structure and technological processes are reasonable, and meet the requirements of efficient and safe production operation.
? Participate in the installation, commissioning and optimization of production line equipment, introduce mass production work, complete parameter setting and commissioning in batches, solve technical problems arising during the production process, and improve production efficiency and product quality.
? Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of relevant technical documents, including operation instruction manuals, operating procedures, etc., to ensure the accuracy, timeliness and standardization of technical information.
? Responsible for the introduction and update of process technology and support the factory in solving difficult problems in this regard.
? Other tasks assigned by the leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS崗位基本要求
? Bachelor's degree and above, major in mechanical engineering or related fields.
? More than 5 years’ work experiences in the same position in manufacturing industry, familiar with professional knowledge such as mechanical design, automation, and processes (assembly, welding, etc.).
? With strong experience in new production line construction, new technology introduction, and overseas working experience is preferred.
? Familiar with CAD/CATIA software, IATF16949, PFMEA, etc. ,with basic I4.0 knowledge.
? Have strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
? Ability to travel on short notice, and fluent in English.
